
The award was in recognition of the company’s outstanding concern for human resources and in giving first priority to employee relations. The role of employee representatives in setting up the company’s employee relations system along with stability and a variety of welfare benefits including healthcare was also recognized. These benefits were provided according to and above the law, and supported employee development overall.
“The Award of Outstanding Performance for Labour Relations and Welfare” is organized by the Department of Welfare and Labour Protection and aims to make both employers and employees aware of the significance of establishing good mutual relations in conjunction with beneficial welfare practices.
